Download Portable UltraEdit MultiLang Installer on Zone-DL (0.4 MB)
Extract (with a PortableApps folder at the device's root) and run UltraEditPortable.
MultiLang installer (English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, SimpChinese, Spanish) download setup and extract files from it.
If you drag'n drop a file on (or open with) UltraEditPortable: it will be opened in UltraEdit.
For above use, write AllowMultipleInstances=true in UltraEditPortable.ini
Settings of installed UltraEdit should be preserved.
